During the schematic design phase, you will begin to develop the primary form of the structure. There will be more sketching than formal drawings. You'll probably be doing a lot of back-and-forth with us to nail down the basic shape — it can be much fun!
This is the stage at which you really get into the specifics. Now that you have a fundamental idea, you can start refining it. If the schematic design process yielded numerous design alternatives, the customer must now choose one.
